   I recently contacted the Law Office of Lynda Hinkle for some matters regarding real estate and estate planning.  She and her staff are the best!    Lynda and her amazing staff made some of the most difficult times in my life bearable. Going through a divorce is one thing, but there's no handbook that reminds you - you could have to go back to court someday! From the moment I called I felt seen, respected and relieved. Their work was accurate (which saves time and money), they responded within very reasonable time frames (super impressive actually!), and most importantly - HONEST.  Lynda is a woman of ethics, education, and fairness to all. She's seen it - she's done it-- she's the best.    Highly Recommend I just had Lynda update my estate plan and my child custody/child support update. Her office communicated effectively and listened to my goals and feelings while never running up my bill unnecessarily. I greatly appreciate that they strongly advocated for me to make the best decisions for myself instead of settling just to avoid a “fight” or to get things over with as soon as possible.

   Exceptional and Remarkable Lawyer / Family Advocate Lynda took over a case that was purposely being dragged by a previous law firm in 2020 and helped my family finalize our family matter this year. Her free 30-minute initial consultation allowed me to explain my case. You have to be clear and concise with her about your case, so that she can create an action plan to get the optimum results you need.   She provided realistic results (even though I was upset and wanted the sky with my previous counsel). She guided me on this confusing legal dead end road with no exit at the time. Ms. Hinkle is a true advocate and she champions full throttle for her client. She advocated and stayed with me for close to a year to resolve my custody and family matter.   Even though it was becoming expensive, she made sure to limit certain actions that would increase the cost of my legal matter. She is not driven by money but by the divine rule of order. She has a great personality and knows how to communicate with the opposing counsel and the Judge to get the best and realistic results for her client.   Lynda loves her job, provides sound and friendly advice to help balance your anxiety when things become too overwhelming. She is very quick with her email response (since they are working remotely) and her staff even answered their phones during the height the Covid-19 Pandemic!    Divorce Lawyer The law office of Lynda Hinkle made my not so easy divorce super easy for me. Jarred McCart saw me right away as a walk in and within an hour he had my case rolling. He explained to me that the entire process could take up to 1 year but my ex-husband was served and I was divorced in less than a few months. Jarred and the staff made my experience super easy and I felt confident throughout the entire process and basically the most stressful time of my life was actually not stressful at all. I would highly recommend the law office of Lynda Hinkle to anyone going through a divorce. The receptionist, to the paralegal, to the lawyers themselves are exceptional at what they do. Although nobody ever wants to go through a divorce having an attorney who makes it smooth sailing and less stressful is worth it!

   Great to work with in a life changing situation Lynda represented me during my divorce process. In the most stressful of days for me, and there were many, Lynda always stayed calm, reassuring and focused on the matter at hand, that being protecting mine and my childrens interests. Reading court legalese is not at all something I was familiar with, but Lynda was able to decipher it all and put it in terms I could understand. We reached a fair settlement with no paperwork issues from the court, due to Lynda's expertise on the matter. Lynda's administrative and paralegal team were excellent to work with too, always available to talk to via either phone or email. Lynda's costs were very reasonable, and I was updated monthly with all line items of expenses, no hidden costs. I would highly recommend Lynda and her team for your legal needs.

   She told me the truth I called for a consult and she told me how to do what I needed to do without her cause I was gonna spend more money trying to hire a lawyer to solve my problem than I could get out of it.    Denise Lynda and her team are phenomenal. I cannot say enough positive things about them- of their caring nature for their client's well-being, responsiveness to questions and overall phenomenal work ethic. Her team explained about the divorce process factually but also provided the kindness that I needed while making some of the hardest decisions. When my emotions would start to get the best of me Lynda, reminded who I was fighting for, my daughter. Lynda and her team provided rational and logical reasoning but never without care and kindness. I recommend Lynda and her team for anyone that wants compassionate, intelligent and fair representation. Things with my divorce was not as simple or amicable as i had initially hoped but Lynda and her team were amazing every step of the way.    The best lawyer possible If you are looking for the best lawyers in south jersey than the Law Office of Lynda Hinkle is where you want to go. Lynda showed the utmost compassion for my situation and both her an Amy held my hand each step of the way. I was in a domestic violence situation and Lynda went to court with me when he violated and talked me off the ledge more than once. Lynda got me so much more than I thought I would get in my divorce. The settlement was excellent and protected me in ways I wouldn’t have thought of while still keeping the amiable tone I wanted. She also had a great instinct on when to be tough or nice, especially when my ex started to drag things out a little. She made a chaotic and painful moment in my life a lot easier to deal with.    Child custody I used them twice paid 2500 dollars up front got one report on my cost and I don't believe they used the whole 2500 the 2nd time. Just a little disappointed cause I really liked them.

   Controlled an Uncontrollable Situation As a person in a vulnerable situation, left without support for four children and unable to get accounts for the marital home into my name (for basic survival), not to mention being harassed and threatened, I can objectively say Lynda saved my very existence. She and her staff acted quickly and professionally to protect me by helping me file for divorce, win interim support, and arrange a fair settlement so I could continue my life in a reasonable fashion. The situation was completely out of control and she controlled it. She handles issues that arise in domestic court quickly, efficiently, and permanently. Her entire staff was immediately responsive when my ex turned off my internet and raided my email. Nothing phases Lynda and she not only refused to tolerate nonsense, but she also calmed me down by continually reminding me there is the law and there is emotion, and no one's crazy emotions will control my rights. Six months after total chaos, I am back on my feet because of her.

   Grateful When I got into my legal situation, at first, I didn’t think I needed a layer. But when I tried to negotiate my terms by myself at the court house, I noticed that the lawyer on the other side was leaving things out and provided me with an unfair deal. Essentially based off of that interaction, I was locked in and handcuffed so to speak. I heard about The Law Offices of Lynda Hinkle online, had a conversation the Lynda and now I have a fair deal that I know I wouldn’t have had without her. I now have a more confident future and confidence that I wasn’t at fault. Thank you to Lynda and of course Petey the Law Dog for always being so kind.

   Great consult Lynda took the time to explain to me why hiring her was not a good idea! She said my probate matter would not yield enough return to justify the expense, and she was right. I've referred several people to her since then because she was honest with me even though I was ready to pay her for what would have not been worth the money: thank God I didn't go to an attorney who was more concerned with making a buck than helping people!

   Thank God for Airbags (& for Lynda!) It was my first wreck, my first traffic ticket, and my first court summons rolled into one awful morning.    "No worries," my colleague told me, "when i was in my car wreck, my lawyer (Lynda Hinkle) helped me sort it all out quickly."   SO i called Lynda and was relieved to learn that her legal skills are matched by her ability to ratchet my anxiety down do a manageable level. She told me what to expect, what to fret, and (most importantly) what NOT to fret. The anxiety I felt (would I lose my license? would I be sued) before i reached out to a lawyer makes me wonder how I thought I might face the scene in municpal court alone. The price was right for me and I am just glad to have that whole scene in my rear-view mirror.    I spent a whole week after the accident basically freaking out before I finally reached out for help. Moving on relatively unscathed from a car accident in no small feat. I'm just glad i had help.

   Compassionate, Honest, and Trustworthy Lynda makes you feel very comfortable. I never felt like I was dealing with a sleazy "lawyer-type". She handled my case with care, and always answered my questions quickly and efficiently. As a bonus, she provided ways for me to keep my bill down- like asking simple questions to the cheaper(and knowledgable!) staff. She also didn't charge for some things that other attorneys do, like leaving voicemails. I would use her again if I had to!

   Knowledge, Solutions and Consideration I used Lynda for my divorce and then for my child support and custody issues. She helped me get a fair deal. I think her biggest strength is her ability to negotiate with the other side..she really helped to talk my ex and her attorney into changing course on some things that helped my kids and I to have a better long term situation. In court, my judge said nice things about my lawyer...I was impressed! I think the only thing I can complain about is that she's not free/cheap! But she was really great at making payment arrangements with me and letting me pay over time when I was strapped for cash. She also told me ways I could help reduce my bill, which I appreciated. I'd definitely use her again, though I hope I never have to!

Her reputation is outstanding because her work is a reflection of her knowledge and expertise. Lynda and her team are smart and responsive.    Tells the truth, helps you plan I am surprised to ever see a negative review of Lynda. She did a fantastic job with my case. She may not be the kind of lawyer that works for you if you don't want practical advice or someone who is honest with you. She knew my circumstances and told me what I could and couldn't do on my own to help me save on legal costs.
